To promote overall health, wellness and fitness for the body and mind though exercise classes that can be found LIVE or others that have been recorded and saved.

LIVE CLASSES

Most days of the week there will be a new live exercise and fitness videos on my facebook page that you can watch and join in  or  you can find prerecorded classes that you can do at your leisure on facebook or youtube.

Tell a friend about my classes.   Join the fitness classes together.  Start a watch party and invite someone to exercise with you.  We all know exercise can be fun and contagious when we motivate each other.   

Virtual Exercise classes

Due to Covid-19 a lot of us have been unable to go to the gym.   my classes are there for you to continue to feel good with your friends on social media with facebook, youtube and twitter posts on the next class. Plus all the classes will be saved for you to do at your leisure

Yes.  Anyone can do the class some, part or all of the class.  Anything can be modified.
